The Oneida Planning Commission is responsible for viewing matters related to zoning, annexation and related business before recommendations are presented to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. The zoning process in the Town of Oneida begins with the Oneida Planning Commission before ultimately being approved by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
