The proposed Roberta Landfill Phase II has turned in their ARAP (Aquatic Resource Alteration Permit). This proposed ADDITIONAL landfill would be constructed on top of water resources.
STAY TUNED FOR TDEC’S PUBLIC HEARING DATE ON THIS APPLICATION.
